2. Lazily Tying Coat

Lazily Tying Coat is a posture unique to Chen Tai Chi. It contains a lot of the twining and simultaneous shifting movements that set Chen Tai Chi apart from other forms.

In the move, the left and right arm rotate and close together whilst stepping out with the right leg, shifting to the right, and separating arms. This coordination can be difficult to learn at first, so if you're struggling don't worry, be patient and it will come!
