4. Single Whip

Single Whip is a common posture found in most forms of Tai Chi. It has the classic ending position found in a lot of masters' official photography with the left hand pushing outwards and the right hand in a hook or fist.
There's a few variations of the move, so don't worry if you've been taught or seen this differently before.
