These simple breathing exercises help you focus and can be used as simple moving meditations. These exercises are a great way to increase your overall energy and improve wellbeing.
Standing Meditation -
This practice, otherwise known as Zhan Zhuang, has many health benefits such as improving posture, calming the mind and improving breathing patterns.
